A FEW HELPFUL ANSWERS

Before you begin.

Who can use Civic Letter?

Residents can use the Save Woollahra campaign to prepare an individual submission. Read the campaign information first, then sign in or create an account to save your letter.

Do I need to create a campaign?

No. Open Save Woollahra and start your own letter within the existing campaign. Creating new campaigns is disabled.

Can I submit the AI draft unchanged?

Treat it as a starting point. AI can make mistakes and sound generic. Read it carefully, check the facts, and edit or rewrite it so the wording, views and experiences are genuinely yours.

Does Civic Letter send my letter for me?

No. You review the draft and decide when it is ready. You are responsible for checking the recipient’s submission process and sending or lodging the final letter.

Can I upload supporting documents?

The document library and uploads are planned for a later release. The current service focuses on helping you prepare and organise your letters.

Will I need to enter payment details?

No. There is no payment step in the current early-access offering, and we do not ask for card details.

Is this an Australian government service?

No. Civic Letter is an independent letter-writing service. It does not represent a government body or guarantee a response or a particular outcome.
